The service

Negarit Digitals provides Negarit, a web app for owners and administrators and a staff app for employees, to record and review working time. The service is in a pilot phase: features may change, and we will tell you before removing anything you rely on.

Your account

• Keep your password and any staff access codes private. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
• Give access only to people who need it, and remove it when they leave.
• Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.

Your business’s data

• Your business owns the records it puts into Negarit. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice.
• You are responsible for telling your employees how their attendance is recorded and used, and for using the records lawfully.
• Recorded hours are a tool for your decisions; check them before using them for pay.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other businesses’ data, disrupt the service, get around security limits, or record time for someone else.

Availability

We work to keep Negarit available and your data backed up, but during the pilot we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. After a quiet period the service can take up to a minute to start.

Fees, ending use, and liability

Fees, if any, are set in your agreement with Negarit Digitals. Either side may stop the pilot at any time; we will give you a copy of your data on request. To the extent the law allows, Negarit Digitals is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the previous three months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
